According to the Vice President, the director of corporate financing of Fedeco Group of Companies Timur Sadykov, in 2011 more than half of the introduced housing had to be low, this indicator could increase to 60.

As the expert predicts, five years later, low -rise housing will account for 80 percent of the entire residential real estate sold in the country.

Sadykov says that in the 2000s the “low-rise” struggled to compete with other formats, but now it is worthy of competition, and in some parameters it is even more successful.

At the same time, the expert states, developers of low -rise housing experience certain difficulties with the authorities and network organizations that have not yet tuned in efficient work with developers of low -rise housing regarding the provision of infrastructure, as it is established when working with a “multi -storeyake”.

Today, low -rise economy class housing is one of the most popular housing format. As the expert emphasizes, it is on this format that the state relies in the implementation of programs to create affordable housing.

Recall that in the Ryazan region, the share of “low -rise” does not exceed 30 percent of all residential real estate surrendering in the region.
