The other day it became known that the action of the state program of affordable housing will now be extended to individual developers. This was announced by the Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Public Utilities Anatoly Bliznyuk.
The decision on amendments to the relevant regulatory acts was made by the Cabinet of Ministers on August 13.
Those who, for some reason, cannot count on a preferential mortgage, it is advisable to contact other financial institutions.
It is reported that in order to participate in the program of preferential lending, the developer must submit documents confirming ownership of this land, a comprehensive project of the house. The designed building must comply with the requirements for housing to participate in the state program. In addition, a contract with a contractor will be required, which will carry out the construction process.
Despite the fact that the effectiveness of the preferential lending program remains low, officials are counting on its success. Note that such a situation may be associated with a large number of offers from banking institutions.
Recall that at the next day a meeting of the round table on issues of preferential mortgage lending, information was published that over the past two weeks, more than a hundred contracts have been concluded.
