Most of the inhabitants of large cities in Russia agree to sell apartments and go out of town.

According to the results of this study, more than half of citizens agree to sell an apartment and purchase housing outside the city or rent an office. The only thing that stops most respondents is the usual comfort that they can lose outside. As respondents, citizens who plan to purchase real estate were chosen as respondents. The study was conducted in large cities and regional centers excluding Moscow and St. Petersburg, which did not take part in the survey. As an investment source in the purchase of suburban real estate, most respondents consider selling their own apartment. About 40% of respondents are inclined to mortgage lending. According to data obtained as a result of the study, the third part of the respondents has sufficient material resources to purchase housing. 20% are inclined to the help of loved ones.
