More than half of these proposals fall on the so -called areas without a contract. In thirty -six percent of the villages of the Leningrad region there are proposals for plots with a contract and without. But most of the villages, almost ninety percent have plots in their projects without a contract.
Such a high level of proposals in this segment is caused, first of all, high consumer demand. Today, plots for independent construction, according to experts, are the most popular product in St. Petersburg and the region.
