It would seem that such a service as daily rental of real estate has a fairly narrow target audience. As a rule, such a service is in demand in all kinds of resorts, where the calculation, both for the rental of the private sector, and the apartment or hotel room, is made just a day in a day. However, as it turned out, not only resort cities and villages actively provide a service – daily rental of apartments. Analytical studies in the field of real estate market showed that the daily rental of apartments in the past few months has significantly strengthened its position in the housing rental service sector. Moreover, for example, they wish to rent an apartment in Ivanovo, much more potential customers for renting housing than ordering long -term rental. It was not possible to thoroughly study the short-term housing of housing, however, some trends were related to the demand of the demand, namely:- young people trying to establish joint accommodation in order to verify their feelings before officially register relationships;- spouses who are in the process of divorce until the exchange or sale of previous housing;- employees of various companies who come to the city for several days or weeks to perform short-term work;- men and women who want to retire in a calm and quiet situation, or from their families, or vice versa, on the contrary, striving to have fun, so to speak, on the side. This list can be continued, but not in it the essence of what is happening. The bottom line is that it is precisely the daily lease that gradually goes to the leaders among the services related to real estate, which means that the need for such offers in the market will not decrease in the near future. Perhaps this will give an impetus to tenants for long terms to reconsider their offers in accordance with the daily rent, and, as a result, will at least slightly reduce the prices for daily rental of housing.
