To date, the market of country houses in the suburbs of Kyiv has activated. This is manifested by a sharp increase in the total number of transactions. Most buyers want to have a qualitatively erected and compact cottage, which will cost no more than 150,000 – 200,000 dollars. It is worth noting that at the same time the real estate bases are simply crowded with those objects whose total area is quite large, which corresponds to their value. When it comes to overpayment, even if it concerns the perfect estate, Kievans are not able to consider such options seriously. Many modern Kievans show a desire to acquire their own home, which will be located on the territory of the suburbs. Such a revival led to the activation of the land market, which led to the greatest demand from the owners. Potential customers prefer to purchase a small allotment and equip yourself. There are practically no land at more adequate prices, in particular, this applies precisely to the most attractive land plots. It is worth noting that compared to 2011, the demand for houses really grew by about 10-15%. So, for example, if about 600-700 cottages were sold in the Kyiv region last year, then about 800 are sold at the moment. Autumn is usually a traditional season to increase the sales of cottages, the same thing is happening now.
