About 1,200 residents from the Omsk region this year will improve their living conditions thanks to the resettlement program from emergency housing.
Until January 1, 435 new apartments will be commissioned for these needs, yesterday at the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services and the construction of the region.
In general, the annual program, as noted in the Ministry of Construction, provides for the delivery of 163 low -rise houses. At this time, construction has already been completed in 152 houses. Now at the same time 750 people draw up title documents for settlement. The emergency fund, which includes 152 dilapidated buildings with a total area of about 19 thousand square meters will be demolished.
Developed in the Omsk region over past years, the resettlement program from emergency housing was immediately oriented mainly for low -rise buildings in rural areas. Last year, 612 apartments were populated on it in 217 houses.
The Omsk Region is one of the few regions in the country in which all the requirements of the federal program are fulfilled from year to year, which is responsible for resettlement from emergency and dilapidated housing. The funds provided for this purpose are used in full and strictly for its intended purpose, and this also allows you to attract additional limits to the region.
