The General Plan for the construction of new skyscrapers in the center of Kyiv decided to greatly limit them in the number of planned floors. Now there will be no more than nine.
Such an advanced concept, which is laid down in the updated general plan for the development of the capital in Ukraine, was promptly submitted to the state examination. Such an innovation was announced by the head of the institute according to the general plans of Kyiv armored.
He said that in the new master plan there was a ban on the construction of residential buildings no higher than nine floors. All details that relate to the density of development, the central part of the city, as well as the number of green spaces will be separately written in terms of zoning.
It is worth noting that at the initial stage the document will be considered by the Mirihionstroy, and then confirmed, with the introduction of some amendments, the project will be transferred for approval to the Kiev council. If all instances are accepted and not expressed by any serious complaints, then all future changes will be allowed to make only after five years from the date of the official adoption of a new project.
Also, Bronovitsky said that over the next fifteen years in the capital it is planned to build about twenty -eight residential square meters, the height of which will be no more than nine floors. He also drew attention to the fact that new houses will be built in empty territories, more precisely, then in the southern and sedgers-central.
Please note that the new housing will be built in the northern part of the Obolonsky district, on Koltsevo Street, as well as roads on Marshal Grechko Street and at Teremki. It was previously said that they intend to limit the height of future new buildings in the capital since next year.
