In France, real estate experts are again alarming about increasing prices for residential square meters. Realtors make some proposals to improve the situation in the market, and youth and families with a low level of income do not have funds to gain access to property. As throughout Europe, real estate prices took off in France in the two thousand years.

However, unlike neighbors, they either did not decrease at all after the crisis of 2008, or decreased very moderately. Today, many experts emphasize the negative consequences of too high prices for living space. Many Frenchmen are increasingly denying themselves the use of a wide range of goods for the sake of timely payment for housing or for the sake of accumulation for the purchase of real estate. The less residents of France are and the younger they are, the less they have opportunities to gain access to property.

All these factors also enhance the inequality between homeowners and tenants. To restrain such a development of events in the real estate market, several proposals are made near the realtors. For example, it is assumed for mandatory construction on the land for which the corresponding collective certificate was issued, including the interior decoration of the house, otherwise the owner will be expropriate or forced to pay a contribution to general collective investments.

Separation of land certificates and construction, as has already been done in other countries, may also be a decision to increase the proposal. The real estate has too expensive a negative impact on the general economy of France: from wages to banks policy. Finally, encouraging cities, high real estate prices are an obstacle, for example, in the fight against greenhouse effect, since the number of cars increases with the growth of city quarters.
