Today in the market, where the rental of retail premises for the store is mainly presented, there is a tendency to reduce the share of vacant areas, as well as to reduce rental rates. It is worth noting that some network operators are still configured to shift their outlets in the segment, where cheaper areas are offered. If we talk about the rental rate, then since the end of September this year only in some cities of our country it has decreased by 3.7%. By the way, the decrease was observed at the central areas, where the rental rate in several months fell by almost 9.2%. But the least of all the price of rental of retail space has decreased in areas close to the center of cities, because there the rental rate fell by only 1.7%. According to expert forecasts, revival in the trading real estate and space sector should occur since the end of 2011, because it is during this period that consumer’s negative mood is expected to change in a more positive way. Interestingly, an important role in the development of the trade real estate segment is played by the availability of loans and prospects.
