In January, the rental of a cottage for a day, as well as for a long time became more demanded among residents of Moscow. Demand for objects grew by 20%immediately, and the offer – by 24%.
In the general structure of demand and sentences, it is precisely the summer objects that prevail. The maximum demand is observed for offers, the cost of which is in the range from 30 to 90 thousand rubles per month per house or cottage. Demand in this segment exceeds the proposal by almost double.
In terms of demand in second place are objects worth from 90 to 150 thousand rubles. This is almost 22% of the total demand. In the segment worth up to 30 thousand rubles, the maximum gap between demand and supply is observed. Wishing to rent a house at a similar price in January in relation to those who offered such objects was five times more.
As for remoteness from the Moscow Ring Road, objects were in maximum demand at a distance of up to 20 km. The total demand amounted to 50%.
Traditionally, it was in January that the first applications for real estate for a period from May to October begin to appear in the base of realtors. However, the main jump in demand is expected in mid -March. In addition, it is planned that it is at the beginning of spring to the market that the main array of offers will enter the market.
