The program adopted by the mayor of the regional center will allow you to completely eliminate all emergency housing in two years. To date, 731 Rostov family lives in it. The problems of emergency housing in the stagnant years did not seem to exist: statistics spoke about thousandths of a percent of such houses. Builders well remember the time when reconstruction was prohibited even at the expense of their own residents, all forces went to the construction of sleeping microdistricts. The center of Rostov patiently waited, but his patience, finally, exhausted. Many central streets now resemble the destruction of residential buildings about their existence. Extremely low resettlement rates left the residents all the chances of huddling in anticipation of a better share under a dangerous roof for a good ten years. However, at the Rostov city hall they decided not to stretch the problem for many years, but to join it in an open battle.
To date, problems are more relevant than the elimination of emergency housing for the city, says Anatoly Labusov, deputy head of the city administration for construction. A program for the elimination of emergency housing has been developed, according to which 731 family will be resettled from emergency houses for two years. Local authorities understand the complexity of the task, but are sure of its successful implementation. The efforts of the whole city will be united: this is exactly how in the 60 70s, having concentrated all his strength, Rostov posted his inhabitants from barracks and basements. At one time, this problem also seemed insoluble… Resettlement from emergency houses, when new square meters cost a lot of money, apparently, it will require non -standard approaches. Several options were taken as a basis: this is the purchase of apartments for resettlement in the secondary market, the overhaul of the emergency houses, consolidated the families of emptied municipal housing for families. Among the particularly promising methods of solving the problem, the completion of “incomplete” is considered, which will allow, at a relatively small cost, to resettle the inhabitants of the inhabitants of the houses of disabled and elderly to the rented apartments.
The interest of developers will play a role and work in the center of Rostov, erecting comfortable housing on the site of dilapidated houses. This year, more than 300 families of “emergencyists” will celebrate the housewarming. Next year, the city intends to completely resettle the remaining families. Rostov on the Don.
