As she claims, the main emphasis in the plans is made precisely on low -rise buildings. This is in the hands of the authorities that implements in the region a program of resettlement of citizens from emergency housing, taking into account the development of low -rise housing construction. The program is interested in the business of St. Petersburg – the development of low -rise construction will give an impetus for the development of other industries, the consumption of building materials increases, the demand for special equipment is growing, freight transportation in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region also wins.
In favor of the development of low -rise construction in the region, close cooperation of the Leningrad region with the RZHS Foundation, which goes towards, providing not used federal lands under the segment. At the moment, there are 2 sites in the Gatchinsky district in the development. One, with an area of 25 hectares, is located near the village of Belogorka. The second section of about 361 hectares, located in the area of the village of Korpikul, is planned for residential development and recreational area.
