Analysts also think that after the introduction of the tax, citizens will not massively sell housing, since for many citizens residential real estate is the right way to maintain their money.

And all because the tax rate will be 0.1-0.5% per housing, worth up to 300 million. rubles. The economic effect of such a tax will be small. Abroad, taxes are much higher. Funds from this tax will go to regional budgets. And if the local authorities invest the funds received in the development of infrastructure, then the owners of residential real estate from this will only be beneficial.

For information, recently the State Duma approved a draft law that introduces property tax on organizations, and it will be accrued, given the cadastral value. It applies to trade and office complexes, household services, as well as real estate of foreign organizations that do not have permanent representative offices in Russia.

According to the law, next year the tax rate in Moscow will not exceed 1.5%, in 2015 it will be 1.7%, but since 2016 it should not exceed 2%. In other constituent entities of Russia next year, the rate will be 1%, in 2015 it will reach 1.5%, and since 2016 it will be 2%.
