The classifier of the Ukrainian real estate market is not needed, because:- nowadays, any developer during the formation of the plan spies on its own target audience, and of course, adjusting to a little under it;- successfully implemented plans are considered a stronger dignity for the organization than one or another class new object;- market players, unfortunately are not ready to play according to distinct rules.- This is not the primary task of the market, with the emergence of the classifier, nothing will change. If we talk about the real possibility of developing a residential real estate classifier in Ukraine, you need the development of an expert initiative group, however, it is not completely clear in our time who is able to enter it. In any situation, experts noted that the classifier is obliged to be developed taking into account modern market realities.
