Do Ukrainian real estate needs classification in our time all the country’s residential objects are conditionally classified into 3 groups: economy, business and elites. However, basically one or another class appropriating the developer himself to certain property, guided, sometimes, only by his own subjective assessment. As a result, the market acquires residential complexes of business class, which in fact you can rather attribute to the economy class, the same thing happens with prestigious real estate, which is often not such.

The problem of incomprehensible categories is obliged to solve a fair classifier, which will help to navigate the modern market, both to customers and sellers, experts are convinced, however, others refute the acute need for the origin of the universal measure, believing that today it is unlikely that the market players will be completely ready for it. The classifier of the Ukrainian real estate market is needed, because:- Developers will not be able to give an objective assessment to their own objects;- developers deliberately overestimate the real estate class, calculating the marketing result during sales;- it is easier for the client to focus on the modern real estate market, after there is a special system systematization of the house;- the classifier will help to navigate remote investors in the modern market;- the classifier will help merchants in the market occupy their own niches. The classifier of the Ukrainian real estate market is not needed, because:- nowadays, any developer during the formation of the plan spies on its own target audience, and of course, adjusting to a little under it;- successfully implemented plans are considered a stronger dignity for the organization than one or another class new object;- market players, unfortunately are not ready to play according to distinct rules.- This is not the primary task of the market, with the emergence of the classifier, nothing will change. If we talk about the real possibility of developing a residential real estate classifier in Ukraine, you need the development of an expert initiative group, however, it is not completely clear in our time who is able to enter it. In any situation, experts noted that the classifier is obliged to be developed taking into account modern market realities.
