An alternative transaction is called a process in which a person simultaneously sells one property, and for the proceeds, with or without surcharge, acquires another. A feature of such transactions is the fact that a person acts immediately as a buyer and as a seller. Such operations require serious professionalism of realtors, since when they are conducted, a whole chain of customers is formed, each of which needs to choose the object ideal in all characteristics (and pure from a legal point of view) object. If an unscrupulous or inexperienced agent is engaged in such a difficult matter, it is possible that the situation will be artificially forced and not all customers will remain satisfied as a result. Therefore, it is very important to choose the right agency that will make a transaction. It should have a high qualification level and a large database. The main reason for which people use the possibility of an alternative transaction is the desire of relatives to crucify or crack. For example, children or grandchildren can go with elderly family members, so that it is easier to care for them. If conflicts arise in a large family, a decision may be made to exchange housing and part. There are many other family prerequisites, thanks to which people change a large apartment for two small ones, or vice versa.

The second most important cause of alternative transactions is the appearance of children in the family. If a young family lives in a small apartment, then even before the first -born appears, a decision is made to make every effort to move to housing thumbly. For this purpose, they often occupy the missing amount of money or use mortgage lending.

Another common cause of alternative deals lies in the fact that many of our compatriots live in small tight apartments only because there were not enough money for more spacious housing. Very often, people have been accumulating money for years, so that at one point they sell the available housing and immediately purchase an object more acceptable in area and quality.

In addition to the listed reasons, there are also divorces with a division of property, as well as situations when the apartment is changed to housing cheaper to receive a certain amount of cash.
