Consumer preferences mainly proceed from the financial abilities of consumers. But, at the same time, in relation to buyers burdened by the family, new aspects also appeared to buy real estate. When making their choice, they begin to take into account various factors that have not previously had much importance. These include the presence of a variety of infrastructure for all generations of the family, good ecology of the district, homogeneity of the social environment and other aspects. Even current buyers are trying to plan possible changes in housing conditions in advance.

The implementation of many real estate transactions is due to changes in the family position of buyers. Until recently, such decisions were most often made post -fact: the family was thinking about a change of housing, only when the children grew up or a new child was born. This was not beneficial both in terms of finance, and in terms of the result. Today, families are already ready to plan a change in their living conditions in advance – before the birth of the next child or growing up heirs.

There is a rule adopted throughout the world, according to which families are buying, most often real estate in which rooms are one more than a person in a family. For example, if there are three people in the family, then real estate should consist of four rooms (three bedrooms and a living room or two bedrooms and two living rooms). Technical premises are not taken into account. All this is done in order not to make a very expensive deal, obeying the real needs that may change tomorrow. In any case, housing should meet the requests of the family today.
