On average, the cost in the Moscow region of one “hundredth” for the whole of 2011 for areas that did not have a contract decreased by 10-15%, which in December 2011 amounted to about 200,000 – 210,000 rubles. The decrease in the average market value of the Earth is associated with the emergence of more affordable offers for the price in the market (as a rule, these are more and more remote from the Moscow Ring Road) and in parallel with this due to the departure of liquid objects from the market with a higher price. If we are talking about the current demand for land, then the main demand in the economy class falls on areas that do not have a contract, in the premium – and business class – for finished houses, as well as sites with a contract. On average, the number of sites sold in the second half of the year in 2011 is about 20 pieces for villages in economy – and business class in one cottage village. In case of consideration of sales pace, depending on the types of development, it can be noted that the sales pace of ready -made houses are slightly higher (on average by 25 for half a year) than the rate of sales of plots. But any significant differences in the pace of sale by classes are not fixed.
