On the other hand, all people wanted to buy affordable housing and continued to wait. It should be noted the positive aspects of default and crisis. Clients and sellers received a good lesson, one side began to carefully select a certain property, and the second to make a discount. That is, the economic situation unstable corrected the prices of apartments in the capital. They were eventually compiled by the number of square meters.
