Employees of the Mosgosstroynadzor, when conducting inspections of the current construction sites in the territories of New Moscow (Novomoskovsky and Troitsky district), revealed eight unauthorized buildings. According to the representative of the department, among them is the cottage village in the rural settlement of Rogovskoye and a similar facility in the rural settlement of Pervomaisky. In addition, over the past few days of August, the Committee experts discovered facts of unauthorized development in the village of Sosenskoye (object – self -building hostel), in the village of Mosrentgen (object – self -building warehouse complex), in the village of Filimonovskoye (objects – Samostroy of three residential buildings).The press release of the Committee explains that the construction of these facilities is carried out without the permission obtained in the prescribed manner. According to information from the same source, in total, starting from July 1 of this year, in the new territories annexed to Moscow, one hundred and seventy-four objects of unauthorized development were discovered. The same report specifies that the materials for all identified cases of unauthorized development have already been sent to the prefecture of the districts of Novomoskovsky and Troitsky. Further, they will be considered by the District Commission to suppress unauthorized construction.
