On this basis, apartments are designed for all demographic options for families. These apartments differ from ordinary sections plans in that when designing a residential multi -storey apartment building, the primary main planning element is a section, which is a group of apartments united by one staircase, then the proposed project is based on the use of two blocks of the house and provides an unlimited number of options for residential buildings.
The basis of the nomenclature of residential cells for single, one-room apartments for childless families and apartments for families with children with three to six people are laid down the following minimum areas of living rooms: a bedroom of three people (parents and a young child)- 12 m2, two bedrooms for two person – 9 m2, bedroom per person -6 m2. For overlap of the openings between the walls, bar jumpers were used.
The area of the daytime room is accepted: for the family consisting of three people-14-15 m2, four-16 m2, five-18-19 m2, six-19-20 m2. These are the minimum areas for relatively free placement of family members when the general stay of all necessary furniture items is located in the room. The minimum areas of the rooms in the apartments are given without wall cabinets and dressing rooms, which are essentially not living space, but are included according to the current rules of Gosstroy in a living area.
The size of the kitchen is adopted 4.5 m2 for all types of apartments.
The unified planning and constructive system of the box with transverse load-bearing walls adopted for residential buildings at a distance of 6.00 m in the axes made it possible to provide a single, common for all types of residential buildings, a constructive solution, that is, the use of only residential buildings of the same and the same varieties of prefabricated elements and the same typical structural nodes, and provides for a sharp decrease in the costs of materials and a decrease in sections of structural elements. At the same time, all varieties of residential buildings are carried out from three sizes of floor flooring 600 cm long, 40, 100 and 120 cm wide and two types of panels of external longitudinal walls with a length of 600 and 240 cm.
