Since in recent years in Voronezh, as in Russia as a whole, foreign standards of life are increasingly gaining popularity, Western ideas regarding housing become popular. Now a huge number of Russian citizens prefer to live in a suburb in cottages, and not in huge megacities. There is an explanation for this – life in the village outside is much more comfortable and more natural for humans. People are interested in all that is connected with this: a comfortable environment around and a favorable environment. What does it mean to us? Below we will answer these questions, but at first I would like to clarify the emergence of these concepts themselves. If you look back in the 17th century, then already in the works of philosophers questions about the ideal settlement for people. So, the Italian philosopher Campanella believed that people should live in beautiful safe houses surrounded by wonderful nature. Then everyone will be joyful and happy. Following these and similar ideas, in Europe 150 years ago, cottage villages with their own infrastructure began to be built. These villages are a prototype of modern cottage villages. In America and Europe, low -rise cottages account for 80% of all housing, at the same time in Voronezh this figure is about 7%. Moreover, living in a cottage is by no means the prerogative of the inhabitants of large cities. Residents of medium and even small cities strive to live closer to nature. It is believed that life outside the city is a real good for humans. Even in Asia, in China, the most prestigious hotels are located on separate land plots, about 15 hectares to create the illusion of isolation from a noisy city. A comfortable and favorable social environment consists of many components. How the right choice of habitat can be affected by our children and their future life? Cottage villages develop comfortable living rules that are accepted by a majority vote. No one should feel incomprehensible, every resident should feel that life in this village is good for him. It should be a place where I would like to return. In such villages, the natural desire of the inhabitants is the desire to improve something, to bring something positive to make accommodation even more comfortable and harmonious. People understand that everything they create, they do, including for themselves and their loved ones. They bring them down to themselves the dream of an ideal life. In connection with the approval of foreign life standards in Russia, the representations of Russians in relation to housing and cottages are also changing. So every year more and more Russians try to settle in suburban areas, setting aside the dusty and noisy Voronezh. This choice is more related to the fact that living in the suburbs has a more favorable environment.
