In particular, they are represented in the form of fairly large objects, as well as several small office buildings, which are just the objects of direct reconstruction. Almost all new business centers are located on the territory of the right-bank part of the city. As for the left-bank part, it is not particularly popular from the tenants, which is why business centers are developing very slowly. Usually the search for an office is on the right bank of the capital. It can also be noted that almost all objects are located Ha Territory of the Central Business District.
As for the new offer directly in the field of office space, all of it is absorbed by the market. It is worth noting that at many objects, all the same continues to go on, which suggests that the entry of tenants will not be carried out soon. If we talk about small objects that are currently offered for sale and rental, then have quite high chances and remain incomplete, since the inconsistent approach of the owners can significantly reduce the liquidity of the premises. Rent and sale of small premises creates a special anthill effect, and also significantly complicates the entire process of managing the real estate object.
