According to specialists of state structures, the number of real estate transactions in Moscow for December 2011 increased by 43.4 percent and amounts to more than 12 thousand. Based on these results, we can conclude that the number of transactions in the real estate market increases.

In December, about 3 thousand mortgage loans were issued, which is 36.2 percent more than in November. Also in December, the number of concluded shared participation contracts in the construction of housing increased by 20 percent. The total number of signed agreements for December is 538.

If we compare, we can say that builders of new buildings began to work much better. Since according to experts of the Moscow Construction Complex, complaints about builders erecting new buildings were reduced by approximately 25 percent.

In 2011, apartments in the secondary real estate market were in very great demand, their prices increased by 11 percent. As for new buildings, the economy class apartments were actively sold here. For this real estate, prices rose 30 percent. Buyers began to show more interest in those apartments that are located on the new attached area.

The price of one square meter is 205 thousand rubles.
