In the periodical publication, the messenger of privatization announced the privatization of the hotel Sport, in which FC Manchester United once stopped.
The initial sale price of this property complex amounted to 66.32 million. hryvnias (8.29 million dollars). According to this announcement, the winner of the competitive trading will be obliged to invest financial resources in the reconstruction of the hotel complex, which should be at least 153.5 million hryvnias (19.25 million dollars). After the reconstruction, the hotel complex will have to receive the status of a three -star hotel according to international standards.
The deadline for the reconstruction of the complex was announced before the end of the year. Within three months after the purchase of the hotel, the buyer is obliged to pay off the entire debt of this hotel on loans, as well as on taxes and wages. Applications for participation in competitive tenders will be accepted until March 15, and the holding of competitive tenders should be held on March 23.
Sports hotel complex is located in a very favorable place, almost in the center of the capital of Ukraine near the National Sports Complex. During the period of various competitions, the hotel’s occupancy can reach the level of 100 percent.
